Conference support for parents and carers

For the first time at CETL-MSOR, we are pleased to offer subsidies to support colleagues with young children who wish to attend the conference.

We are able to provide complimentary onsite childcare at the campus nursery or, alternatively, up to £150 to support a companion travelling with you to assist with childcare

Childcare during the conference will be provided at Pinocchio’s Nursery, located on campus (see map). A limited number of places are available for children aged 0–5 years during conference hours on both days. As capacity is small, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is strongly recommended.

If preferred, we can instead offer up to £150 to help cover the cost of someone travelling with you to provide childcare support.

A private breastfeeding and pumping room will also be available on campus.

If you are interested in any of these options, please contact the organisers directly p.docherty@hw.ac.uk or e.coutts@hw.ac.uk
